DELIVERY

Shipping is via An Post and delivery will usually be in 1-2 working days for Ireland, and 3-5 days for UK.

Delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World may take longer.

RETURNS

You have up to 14 days from when you receive your order to decide if you want to return it. You can return your order, for any reason, but you must submit a return request by emailing jayne@jaynecahill.com within 14 days of receiving it.

When you submit your return request I'll email you details of how to get your purchase back to me. 

You then have another 7 days to get your package posted back to me.

Once your parcel has arrived here safe and sound – in the original sealed clear packaging –the purchase price will be refunded to your payment account within 14 days. The cost for the return postage cannot be refunded.

Should your item be faulty, please email me at jayne@jaynecahill.com and I can arrange a replacement.
