DELIVERY

Shipping is via An Post and delivery will usually be in 1-2 working days for Ireland, and 3-5 days for UK.

Delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World may take longer.

RETURNS

You have up to 14 days from when you receive your order to decide if you want to return it. You can return your order, for any reason, but you must submit a return request within our Customer Accounts area.

Follow the steps below to submit a return request.

Sign in to your account:

1 - Sign in to your account:

• a - In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
• b - I n your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
• c - Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2 - Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

3 - If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4 - Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5 - Click "Request return".

Once your parcel has arrived here safe and sound – in the original sealed clear packaging – the purchase price will be refunded to your payment account within 14 days. The cost for the return postage cannot be refunded.

Should your item be faulty, please email me at jayne@jaynecahill.com and I can arrange a replacement.
